Terms of Use
OmniGen · Last updated 10 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Grillz App Studio Inc. (“we”, “us”) for the OmniGen app. By using OmniGen you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
What OmniGen does
You supply a photo or a short video clip and a plain-language instruction. We send both to Google’s Gemini models, which generate an edited version, and we return it to you. Editing is performed by that third-party AI service, not by us.
Credits and subscription
- Renders are paid for with credits. A video clip costs one credit per second of footage, rounded up; a photo costs 1 credit. The exact charge is shown before you confirm.
- The subscription is auto-renewing weekly and includes 50 credits each week. The exact price and any introductory offer are shown on the purchase screen in the app and in the App Store before you buy.
- Unused credits do not roll over. Each new period starts your allowance fresh.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.
- Credits are reserved when you start a render. If a render fails, the credits are returned automatically.
- Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. Refunds are at Apple’s discretion under the App Store terms; we cannot issue them ourselves.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are usable only inside OmniGen.
What you may upload
You must own the content you upload, or otherwise have the right to use and edit it. You are responsible for what you submit and for what you do with the result.
What you may not do
These rules exist because breaking them can cause real harm to real people. We enforce them.
- Do not upload or generate sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualises a child, in any form.
- Do not create intimate, nude, or sexual imagery of any identifiable person without their explicit consent.
- Do not create content that impersonates a real person in order to deceive — including making someone appear to say or do something they did not.
- Do not create content that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence or hatred against a person or group.
- Do not create content designed to defraud, such as forged documents, fake identification, or fabricated evidence.
- Do not upload content you have no right to use, or that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark.
- Do not attempt to bypass our content screening, reverse-engineer or abuse the service, or use it in a way that breaks the law where you are.
Instructions are automatically screened before submission and our AI provider applies its own safety filters. A refused render costs you nothing.
AI output
AI-generated results are unpredictable by nature. They may be inaccurate, distorted, unintentionally offensive, or simply not what you asked for. Do not rely on OmniGen’s output as a factual record of anything. A render that does not turn out the way you hoped is not a defect, and still consumes credits, because the AI service charges us either way.
Where content generated with OmniGen could mislead someone into thinking it is real, you are responsible for making clear that it was AI-edited.
Who owns what
You keep all rights you already have in the content you upload. As between you and us, you own the renders you create, to the extent ownership is available under law — note that the legal status of AI-generated material varies by country. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service: to transmit your content to our AI provider, produce your result, and store that result so it appears in the app.
Suspension
We may suspend or stop providing the service to anyone who breaks the rules above, particularly where content risks harming another person. Where a suspension is our decision and not caused by your conduct, you may contact us about the remainder of any paid period.
No warranty
OmniGen is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular render will succeed or satisfy you. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to OmniGen is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will surface it in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use OmniGen after that means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here removes any consumer-protection right you have under the law of the place where you live, and nothing here affects your rights against Apple under the App Store terms.
Where Apple stands in all this
You get OmniGen through the App Store, so a few things need saying plainly about Apple’s role. These terms are required by Apple of any developer who writes their own agreement rather than using Apple’s standard one.
- This agreement is with us, not Apple. These terms are between you and Grillz App Studio Inc. only. Apple is not a party to them. We alone are responsible for OmniGen and everything in it.
- What the licence covers. We grant you a non-transferable licence to use OmniGen on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. You may share it through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple allows that.
- Support is ours to provide. If something breaks, email us. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance or support for OmniGen.
- Warranty. OmniGen is provided as is, as described above. If it nonetheless fails to conform to any warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund what you paid for the app itself. To the maximum extent the law allows, that is Apple’s entire warranty obligation, and every other claim, loss, cost or expense arising from a failure to conform is ours to answer for.
- Claims about the app come to us. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim you or a third party makes about OmniGen or your use of it — product liability, any failure to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar law.
- Intellectual property. If anyone claims OmniGen infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
- Legal compliance. By using OmniGen you confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using OmniGen — your wireless carrier’s agreement, for instance.
- Apple can enforce this. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and on your acceptance of them Apple has the right — and is deemed to have accepted the right — to enforce them against you.
