Privacy Policy

OmniGen · Last updated 10 August 2026

OmniGen edits photos and video clips using AI. This policy explains exactly what we collect, where it goes, and how long we keep it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number. We do not track you, show ads, or sell anything about you. The only content that leaves your phone is the photo or clip you pick plus the words you type — and only when you tap cook it.

Who we are

OmniGen is operated by Grillz App Studio Inc. (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at abi@stickgen.com about anything in this policy, including deleting your data.

What we collect

WhatWhy
The photo or clip you select, and the instruction you typeTo perform the edit you asked for. Sent only when you tap cook it.
An anonymous account ID (a random identifier)To keep your credit balance and your renders attached to you across sessions. It is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID, or any other identity.
Your subscription statusTo know how many credits you have. Apple handles the payment — we never see your card, billing address, or Apple ID.
A notification token, if you allow notificationsSolely to tell you a render has finished.
Basic operational records — timestamps, credits charged, error codesTo keep the credit ledger correct, refund failed renders, and stop abuse.

What we do not collect

Who processes your content

We use a small number of service providers, and only to run OmniGen:

We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or give it to data brokers. Content is processed on servers in the United States.

How long things are kept

ItemRetention
The photo or clip you submittedDeleted automatically from the AI provider as soon as the render finishes — and also if it fails. It is not kept as a copy on our servers.
Your finished rendersKept in our storage so they still appear in the app after you reinstall or change phone. Kept until you ask us to delete them. Email us and we will remove them.
Job records (your instruction, timestamps, credits charged)Kept while your account exists, to keep the credit ledger honest and to detect abuse.
Copies on your phoneStored privately inside the app and removed when you delete the app.

AI model training

Edits are performed through Google’s paid Gemini API. Under the terms of that paid service, Google does not use the content you submit — your media or your instructions — to train or improve its models. Your content is processed only to produce your result. Google may retain it for a short period for abuse monitoring, as described in its API terms.

We do not use your content to train any model of our own, and we do not license it to anyone else for that purpose.

Content screening

Instructions are automatically screened against a list of prohibited terms before anything is submitted, and content that breaks our Terms of Use is refused. This screening is automated; no human reads your prompts as a matter of course.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Email us and we will honour them.

Children

OmniGen is not directed to children. It is rated for users aged 17 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the associated data.

Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Our AI provider credentials live only on our servers and are never present in the app. Every request that spends credits is verified server-side, and the app is attested to confirm requests come from a genuine copy of OmniGen.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date at the top and surface the change in the app before it takes effect.
