OmniGen · Grillz App Studio Inc.
Pick a photo or a clip, type what you want changed in plain language, and tap cook it. The edit runs on our servers, so you can close the app while it works — we will notify you when it lands. Finished renders live in the Out tab.
My render failed. What happened?
Most failures are the AI model declining an edit it considers unsafe — it will not, for example, generate realistic images of children. Credits are refunded automatically. Rewording the instruction usually works.
I closed the app and lost my render.
You did not. Renders run on our servers and keep going. Reopen the app and check the Out tab.
My clip is too long.
Clips are capped at 10 seconds. Import a longer one and OmniGen will ask you to pick which 10 seconds to use.
Nothing appears in the import tray.
OmniGen needs photo library access. Turn it on in iOS Settings → OmniGen → Photos.
I am not getting notifications.
Check iOS Settings → OmniGen → Notifications. We only ever send one: the render you started has finished.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us — we never see your card or billing details. To cancel or request a refund, open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or visit Apple’s subscription support. Cancelling stops future renewals; your credits stay available until the week you have paid for ends.
If you bought a subscription and the app does not recognise it, tap restore on the paywall. If that does not work, email us.
OmniGen has no account, name or email — just an anonymous ID on your device. Deleting the app removes it. To have the server-side records erased as well, email abi@stickgen.com and we will delete them.
